PERIPHERY SPACE is an artist-led art space in Gorey, Co. Wexford. It is an environment where new ideas, discourses, and processes in contemporary art, film and photography will be fostered and formed.
Through workshops and training, this space will support innovation in contemporary art as well as promote public engagement and exchange.
peripheriesOPEN 2017 was the first open submission opportunity offered by Periphery Space. The exhibition ran for one month from early December 2017 to early January 2018 in our newly refurbished gallery space at Gorey School of Art. The members on the selection panel were Paul Carter, James Merrigan and Emma Roche.
